Our salon manager, Nicole, is the friendly voice you hear when you call the salon most days. She is the beautiful face you see when you first walk into the shop. She has been in the hospitality and salon industry for 20 years and practiced hands-on in the hair industry.

You will find Nicole controlling the tidiness of the premises, enforcing hygiene across all workstations, monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies and lots of other responsibilities that come with managing a salon.

Nicole comes with lots of knowledge when it comes to helping clients with their consultation or even if anyone is looking for a second opinion on their beauty needs. We are so lucky to have her.
